Information we may collect

When production forms are enabled, we may collect your name, work email, company, business type, team size and information included in your enquiry. Application customers will receive separate contractual and data-processing information.

How we use information

We may use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, prepare proposals, manage early-access requests, deliver services and improve Estavo.

Lawful basis

Depending on the interaction, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to business enquiries. Consent will be used where required.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by approved providers used for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery or customer support. A final subprocessor list will be published before commercial onboarding.

Retention

Enquiry information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and any applicable legal obligations. Final retention periods must be documented before launch.

Your rights

UK data protection law may provide rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Current website forms

The forms included in Estavo Web v1.1.0 are interface demonstrations and do not transmit data until an approved backend is connected.
